4. Rewards, Earnings, and Virtual Assets

4.1. Takeucoin may offer rewards, coins, tokens, virtual currency, or digital assets through games, tasks, and or other platform activities.

4.2. All rewards have no guaranteed monetary value and may change, be reduced, or removed at any time.

4.3. Rewards do not represent investment products, securities, or financial instruments.

4.4. Earnings displayed on the Platform are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4.4. Users acknowledge that participation is at their own risk.

5. No Investment or Financial Advice

5.1. Takeucoin is not an investment platform, exchange, broker, or financial advisor.

5.2. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

5.3. Users are solely responsible for any decisions related to crypto assets, rewards, or conversions.

6. Crypto & Blockchain Disclaimer

6.1. Digital assets and cryptocurrencies are subject to market volatility, regulatory risks, and technical risks.

6.2. Takeucoin does not control blockchain networks and is not responsible for network failures, transaction delays, or asset loss.

6.3. Users are responsible for securing their wallets and private keys.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

7.1. Users are strictly prohibited from:

7.1.1. Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or exploits.

7.1.2. Abusing bugs, loopholes, or unintended mechanics.

7.1.3. Manipulating reward systems or game logic.

7.1.4. Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.

7.1.5. Attacking, disrupting, or overloading the Platform or servers.

7.2. Violations may result in reward cancellation, account suspension, or permanent ban without compensation.

8. Rewards Adjustment & Forfeiture

8.1. Takeucoin reserves the right to adjust, revoke, reset, or invalidate rewards obtained through:

9. Purchases & Payments

9.3. Purchased digital goods:

9.3.1. Have no real-world monetary value

9.3.2. Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable

9.3.3. May be modified, balanced, or removed at any time

9.4. Takeucoin is not responsible for accidental purchases or user errors.

10. Virtual Items, Pets, and Game Assets

10.1. Items and pets are licensed digital content, not owned by the User.

10.2. Takeucoin reserves the right to:

10.2.1. Adjust stats, attributes, or abilities

10.2.1. Reset or remove items due to abuse, exploits, or balancing

10.3. Loss of items due to violations will not be compensated.

11. Advertising Service

11.1. Surfing Ads for Users

11.1.1. Surfing Ads allow Users to earn rewards by viewing advertisements.

11.1.2. Rewards are granted only after all conditions are fully met, including required viewing time and interaction.

11.1.3. The use of bots, auto-clickers, scripts, VPN manipulation, or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited.

11.1.4. Takeucoin reserves the right to invalidate Surfing Ads rewards if:

11.1.4.1. Abnormal traffic or suspicious behavior is detected

11.1.4.2. Advertiser reports fraud or low-quality traffic

11.1.4.3. System abuse or manipulation is identified

11.1.5. Decisions related to Surfing Ads rewards are final and non-negotiable.

11.2. Surfing Ads for Advertisers

11.2.1. Surf Ads is a Paid-To-Click (PTC) advertising service that allows Advertisers to promote websites, products, services, or offers.

11.2.2. Ads are displayed to registered Users who voluntarily view advertisements in exchange for rewards.

11.2.3. Advertisers are solely responsible for:

11.2.3.1. The legality, accuracy, and content of their advertisements.

11.2.3.2. Ensuring ads do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

11.2.3.3. Ensuring landing pages are functional, safe, and free from malware, phishing, or misleading content.

11.2.4. Takeucoin does not verify or endorse advertiser content.

11.2.5. Advertisers may NOT submit ads that include or promote:

11.2.5.1. Illegal activities or services.

11.2.5.2. Fraud, scams, Ponzi schemes, or misleading financial claims.

11.2.5.3. Adult content, hate speech, or violence.

11.2.5.4. Malware, phishing, forced downloads, or malicious scripts

11.2.5.5. False promises of guaranteed earnings or investments

11.2.6. Takeucoin reserves the right to reject, pause, or remove ads at its sole discretion.

11.2.7. Surf Ads traffic is incentivized traffic, not organic traffic.

11.2.8. Advertisers acknowledge that Surf Ads users are rewarded for viewing ads, not for purchasing or registering.

11.2.9. All Surf Ads purchases are final and non-refundable.

11.2.10. Unused impressions, paused ads, or expired campaigns are not eligible for refunds.

11.2.11. Dissatisfaction with traffic quality does not qualify for refunds.

12. Termination

12.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to if you violate the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

12.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately and you will lose access to all Coins stored and earned. If you wish to terminate your account, you may stop using the Service.

13. Change & Contact

13.1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after the revision takes effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
